Aimee Vlachos: Principal
I am a dedicated educator and experiential learning advocate with a passion for empowering students through hands-on opportunities in Sport Management, Outdoor Recreation, and Business. With extensive experience coordinating high-impact programs, including student participation at events like the Super Bowl and NFL Draft, I strive to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world applications.

My teaching philosophy emphasizes critical thinking, problem-solving, and professional development, preparing students for successful careers in the sports industry. By leveraging industry connections and innovative teaching strategies, I create immersive experiences that help students build networks, gain practical skills, and explore diverse career paths.

Experience as a small business owner, entrepreneur, and founder of a nationally recognized non-profit has given me a unique perspective on the needs of employers—both as an employer myself and from a student-facing standpoint. By fostering active and engaged learning and encouraging innovative thinking beyond the "bigger hammer syndrome," I strive to develop the next generation of intrapreneurs and self-starters.

Beyond teaching, I actively present at conferences on experiential learning and collaborate with professional organizations to enrich student learning. I aim to foster growth, curiosity, and confidence in future leaders of the business world.
